Conditions of Use
Evaluation documents are made available under regulation 8(4) of the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 (as amended) and regulation 9 of the Plant Protection Products (Basic Conditions) Regulations 1997.
These regulations require anyone viewing these documents not to make any commercial use of them nor, unless authorised in writing by Ministers, to publish any part of them.
