Are there any health effects expected from the residues found?
No.
Screening assessments were done for all residues sought, and none of the residues found gave intakes above the Acute Reference Dose (ARfD) or Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI).

When will the Pesticide Residues Committee formally consider these results?
The Pesticide Residues Committee have seen these results and will discuss them at their meeting in October 2007. The Committee will discuss the results for Quarter 3 (July to September) 2007 as a whole at their meeting in January 2008.
