LERAP low drift star ratings

All Local Environment Risk Assessment for Pesticides (LERAP)-Low Drift Star Ratings remain subject to immediate withdrawal, or amendment of the operational settings and conditions at any time if safety considerations so demand.

Manufacturers should submit immediately to CRD any adverse data that show a possible misclassification of the product into too high a LERAP-Low Drift Star Rating category.

These listings are given without prejudice to the outcome of any review, which may result in withdrawal/amendments being required.

A LERAP-Low Drift Star Rating remains valid as long as the equipment or operational specification does not change significantly. Notification of minor amendments to any equipment or operational specification already having a LERAP-Low Drift status should be submitted to the accredited laboratory that evaluated the original data concerned. That laboratory will consider those changes and confirm their being of minor significance, or otherwise.
