Consultation on paragraph 3.7.4 of the Code of Practice Index

PSD found out that paragraph 3.7.4 of the newly issued code of practice for using plant protection products was incorrect as the laws referred to were not yet in force. So we are amending this paragraph. We are consulting on the proposed paragraph in line with the procedure laid out in Section 17 of the Food and Environment Act 1985.
