On becoming part of the Chemicals Regulation Directorate, the Pesticides Safety Directorate no longer had a separate Publication Scheme. On the HSE website you will find their publication scheme which includes Published Information and Information Released. Published information is information routinely available and 'information released' is information published following a request for information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 that is of general interest.
