This Information Update gives notice that on 5 October 2009 at Northampton Magistrates Court, following legal proceedings taken by Northamptonshire Trading Standards, Cypress Manufacturing Ltd, Extreme Green International, and Rodney Donmall, (Director of Cypress Manufacturing Ltd) were convicted of offences related to the sale of an unapproved pesticide product.

PSD has sampled and analysed material described and labelled as Charger MAPP No 14107. The results show that the composition is not that of the approved product. No approval has been given to a product named Charger with the composition found by this analysis.
