Changes in the way in which Notices of Approval for Off-Label Uses are issued.
PSD is currently working on a new database of Specific Off-Label Approvals (SOLA)s and Extension of Use approvals to replace the existing SOLA Database. This update describes progress on the new database and also gives details of some administrative changes to the procedures for issuing off-label approvals.

Guidance on Environmental Exposure Assessments for Applicants Seeking Authorisation for the Use of Pesticides on Plant Free Areas.
This Regulatory update advises of the availability of a new model that has been developed to enable first tier estimation of herbicide exposure concentrations in surface and ground waters in the UK, resulting from product use on plant free areas.
