Directive 2009/128/EC to regulate the sustainable use of pesticides in Europe
The laws relating to the use of pesticides are transposed in the UK by the Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012. Previous UK legislation governing the use of pesticides has been revoked.
