Introduction
It has come to PSD's attention that the product Renardine 72-2 (MAPP Number 06769) has been advertised, sold, supplied, stored and used in contravention of a Suspension Notice published in the April/May 2003 edition of the Pesticide Monitor incorporating The Pesticide Register. These actions would be offences under PSD's Legislation.
Background
The product Renardine 72-2 (MAPP Number 06769) was suspended with immediate effect for the advertisement, sale, supply, storage and use by the Approval Holder or their agents on the 24 March 2003.
A revocation notice has been issued on 7 April to immediately revoke Renardine 72-2. This notice will be published on the PSD website.
Enforcement Action
If any person, company or organisation continues to advertise, sell, supply, store or use this product, this may result in Enforcement Action being taken against them.
