The Chemicals Regulation Directorate (CRD) brings together pesticides, biocides, chemicals and detergents regulatory work into a single organisation and is a Directorate of the Health and Safety Executive. The Annual Review for 2009/10 is a commentary on our achievements against the objectives set for the first year of the new Directorate.
