Ecotoxicological risk assessment for plant protection products with multiple actives substances 22 February 2012: The purpose of this Regulatory Update is to remind applicants of CRD’s ecotoxicology risk assessment requirements for plant protection product applications containing more than one active substance (combined risk assessments for aquatic organisms, birds and mammals)
Impact of Regulation 1107/09 – vertebrate data sharing provisions 17 February 2012: Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 put in place new rules for the avoidance of duplicate testing and sharing of tests and studies involving vertebrate data. This Regulatory Update provides an update of CRD policy in this area
Active substance approvals and re-registration requirements: February 2012 17 February 2012: This Regulatory Update announces the re-registration requirements following further Active Substance approval decisions under (EC) 1107/2009
Products to be withdrawn from the market following the non-approval of chloropicrin 9 February 2012: This Regulatory Update gives information about the non-approval of chloropicrin under (EC) No 1107/2009 and the withdrawal of UK authorised products containing this active substance
