The ACP currently has a membership of the Chair, Prof Gabrielle Hawksworth, Deputy Chair, Dr Andy Povey, and 18 Members, of which 16 are Expert Members and two are Lay Members.
New Members
The Minister for the Natural Environment and Fisheries, Richard Benyon, has appointed five new members to the Advisory Committee on Pesticides who join the Committee in January 2012. For full information, please see the New Members of ACP Information Release.

Code of Practice for independent members of the ACP
The Code of Practice (pdf, 12 pages) This document guides members of the ACP on their role and duties as committee members, the extent of their personal liability for the Committee’s actions and the circumstances in which they should declare interests in the pesticides industry.
