The Committee will consider the first application for approval of bis-(N-cyclohexyldiazeniumdioxy)-copper (Cu-HDO). The product is to be applied to wood via vacuum pressure impregnation and oscillating pressure impregnation. The product is intended for use against wood destroying fungi (including those causing soft rot) and wood destroying insects on structural timber for interior and exterior use, for timber in ground and water contact, in particular for timber used in horticulture and landscape gardening.
