Quarterly business meetings
We meet four times a year to discuss the results from the monitoring programme, review the drafts of the Quarterly and Annual Reports and to discuss the requirements of future monitoring programmes and any other issues that are relevant to its field of work.
We publish agendas, papers and minutes of each meeting plus copies of other documents that may have also been discussed.
