Advisory Committee on Pesticides
The ACP is a statutory body set up by Ministers under section 16(7) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 to advise on all matters relating to the control of pesticides. The Committee is established by the Control of Pesticides (Advisory Committee on Pesticides) Order 1985, SI No 1985/1516.

ACP Annual Reports
5 August 2010: The Annual Report of the ACP for 2009 has been published. This Report features three case studies explaining some of the work of the ACP during 2009, and contains comprehensive information about Membership, the regulatory process and the ACP's aims and terms of reference.
