Advisory Committee on Pesticides
The ACP is a statutory body set up by Ministers under section 16(7) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 to advise on all matters relating to the control of pesticides. The Committee is established by the Control of Pesticides (Advisory Committee on Pesticides) Order 1985, SI No 1985/1516.
